At the beginning of the year I started seeing Matthias Stamm. As a patient who had previously had a harrowing experience with a dentist I was naturally apprehensive about treatment. Matthias was absolutely amazing! He ensured that I was comfortable, happy and well informed about my treatment plan (Iâve had several implants from him). He was sympathetic when I cried through fear and assured me that I wouldnât feel any pain â and I didnât!
He is kind and patient and shows real understanding of what fearful patients need. He genuinely cares which is often so rare. The chair side nurses were gentle and caring, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
The ladies at the front counter are always so warm and welcoming which helps reduce anxiety levels from the moment I arrived.
